The second batch of July changes: what the client form has been doing for you, you can now do yourself, right in the app - drop in the building documents, AI reads the data out of them, and you approve it into the OZC form. Everything that changed, below.
New features
Fill in data from documents - AI proposes, you approve
Projects have a new page: Fill in data from documents. You paste a description of the building or add files - the building design, the window schedule, the energy performance certificate; as PDFs, photos or plain text - and AI reads the data out of them and proposes values for the OZC form.
You approve each proposal individually, and the summary panel shows in real time exactly what will land in the form: rooms, windows and doors, building fields. If the project already has OZC data, you pick a mode: "Fill empty only" or "Overwrite existing". Once you apply, the data is written into the form by the same proven mechanism that handles the client-form import.
One thing said plainly: AI does not calculate heat loss. It reads documents and proposes field values - the calculation is performed end to end by an algorithm compliant with PN-EN 12831-1, exactly as when you fill the form by hand. And after the OZC calculation, just like before, one click imports the results into heat pump sizing.
You'll find the entry to the new page on the project dashboard, when creating a new project and in the OZC wizard. As with the client form, each project has a limit of AI reads - documents are read solely to fill in the form and are never stored anywhere. We described how the document reading itself works when the client form launched.
Improvements
- The client form accumulates further documents - when the client sends another file later, new proposals are added to the earlier ones instead of replacing them, and answers already applied stay untouched.
- Client-form import modes - the dialog that imports client answers into OZC now offers the same choice: "Fill empty only" or "Overwrite existing".
Fixes
- AI document reading runs in the background and no longer slows down other operations in the app.
