Module 01

Preliminary Heat Pump Sizing with Radiator Analysis

Quick estimate for client conversations. Not a replacement for a full installation project.

A tool for preliminary sizing before a full project. Enter building and radiator data, get pump sizing for 3 flow temperature scenarios, and see which radiators may need replacing. A PDF to hand to your client during an initial meeting. A full installation project still requires a site visit and accurate measurements.

What this tool is for

A client calls about a heat pump. They want to know: is it worth it, which radiators will need replacing, how much will it cost. You need a fast answer during the meeting, not a full engineering project.

HeatAlgo gives you preliminary pump sizing and room-by-room radiator analysis in about 15 minutes. It's built for sales conversations: show the client a concrete plan, answer their questions, close the deal. The full installation project comes after, on-site, with proper measurements.

This tool doesn't replace the installation project or a certified audit. It replaces back-of-the-envelope calculations and guessing during a sales call.

How it works, step by step

01

Enter building data

Walls, windows, floor area, location. The system calculates the heat demand for each room.

02

Add existing radiators

For each room, select the radiator type, size, and rated output. You can add as many rooms as needed.

03

Choose flow temperature scenarios

Compare scenarios: 35°C, 45°C, 55°C. Each scenario shows a different set of radiators to replace and a different running cost.

04

Review the room-by-room analysis

For each room you see a clear result: green means the radiator is sufficient, red means it needs replacing at that flow temperature.

05

Generate a PDF modernisation report

One click generates a clear report: which radiators to replace, which heat pump, and the estimated running cost. Hand it to your client on the spot.

Room-by-room radiator analysis

For each room you see whether the existing radiator is sufficient at the new flow temperature. A clear answer: keep it or replace it.

3 flow temperature scenarios

Compare scenarios: 35°C, 45°C, 55°C. Each scenario shows a different set of radiators to replace and a different running cost.

Real heat pump data

Database of 239 models from 28 manufacturers. Sizing based on real COP curves, not simplified catalogue values.

Professional PDF report

Generate a modernisation plan PDF: which radiators to replace, which pump, what cost. Hand it to your client on the spot.

Heating cost comparison

Current cost vs heat pump, concrete figures in PLN. Your client sees how much they'll save each year.
