How to join.Three steps.
The teacher who runs the class opens the licence. Students join with the group's code.
In the app, in the account menu: Education licence. You give the university, the class name and the number of students.
We check that you teach at the university. Once approved, you get the licence and a code for your group.
A student creates an account, chooses Education licence in the account menu and enters the group code.
Partner universities.A licence with no code.
At a partner university, a student activates the licence with the university e-mail address alone, with no group code.

FAQ
Questions about the education licence
Is it really free?
Yes. The licence is free and needs no card. There is one condition: you use it for learning and teaching, not commercially.
What happens after 12 months?
You renew the licence in the app, at the earliest 30 days before it ends. If you do not, the account moves to the free plan and your projects stay.
Can I use the licence for a paid job?
No. The licence is not for work for a client, offers or any business, and every file carries the education licence mark. Professional work is what the regular HeatAlgo plans are for.
I have a private e-mail address. What now?
Ask the teacher who runs your class for a group code. With the code you can join from any e-mail address.
Do I need to send a student card?
No. A group code from your teacher is enough, or an e-mail address at a partner university. We ask for no documents.
