Do I need a heat loss calculation first?

For the comparison, yes - the “Your house” column is your own heat loss calculation, to EN 12831-1. Without it you see what the quote states and what it leaves out.

What happens to the quote and the installer's details?

A first AI model marks the blocks with people's and companies' details on the page, and we paint them out before a second model reads the figures. We keep only the figures you confirm - never the file or the installer's details. The quote's files are deleted within 24 hours of the reading starting, sooner once you confirm the figures. Details: privacy policy, section 4.

What is free, and what is in the report?

Free: the list of what the quote states, the quote's heat loss beside yours, and the number of differences and questions. The reasons in kW, the heat pump output, temperatures, rooms and the questions themselves are unlocked by a report that includes the heat loss calculation - with no extra charge for Second opinion.

Can I type the quote in myself?

Yes. You can type the figures into the quote's form - Algo AI is quicker when the quote runs to several pages.

I am an installer. Is this for me too?
