Referral programme rules

§1 Organiser and general provisions

These rules set out the HeatAlgo referral programme (the "Programme"). The Programme is run by Cratun Sp. z o.o., registered office at Niekłonice 49E, 76-024 Niekłonice, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0000971816, tax id (NIP): 4990690625 (the "Provider").

The Programme is a promotion within the meaning of §9 of the HeatAlgo Terms of Service (heatalgo.com/en/terms, the "Terms") and does not change them. Anything these rules do not cover is governed by the Terms. Capitalised terms - Service, User, Account, Subscription, Price List - have the meaning the Terms give them.

These rules are in force from October 20, 2026.

§2 Referrer

A Referrer may be any User. Taking part in the Programme does not require a Subscription.

The Referrer finds their referral link in the Service: the address of the heatalgo.com page for installers with their referral code added. The link may be passed to other firms in any lawful way, in particular without sending unsolicited commercial communications.

§3 Referred firm

A referred firm is a business that opened the referral link and then created a new Account in the Service.

A referral earns no reward if: any other payment was made in the Service from the referred firm's Account before its first Subscription payment; the referred firm's Account is the Referrer's own Account; the e-mail address of the referred firm's Account is on the same company domain as the e-mail address of the Referrer's Account (domains of public e-mail providers, such as gmail.com, excepted); the referred firm's payment was made with the same payment card as a payment by the Referrer, or the referred firm gave the same tax identification number as the Referrer.

One referred firm earns one reward for the Referrer and one for the referred firm.

§4 Reward

When the referred firm makes its first Subscription payment, for any billing period, the Referrer and the referred firm each receive one reward 14 days after that payment. The condition is that during those 14 days the payment is not refunded or disputed (for example by a chargeback) and that the referral meets the conditions of §3.

The reward is a one-off discount equal to the price of one month of the monthly Subscription in the Price List, in the currency the Subscription is paid in - currently 149 zł, €35 or $39. We take the discount off the next Subscription invoice issued after the reward is granted.

A Referrer without a Subscription keeps the reward until they subscribe; we then take the discount off the invoice that follows their first Subscription payment.

A Referrer can receive at most 12 rewards in a calendar year. Referrals above that limit earn the Referrer no reward.

The reward has no cash value: it cannot be paid out, transferred to another Account or exchanged for anything else.

§5 Information in the Service

In the Service the Referrer sees how many firms created an Account from their link and how many of them paid for a Subscription, and their own rewards. The Referrer does not see the names, e-mail addresses or any other data of the referred firms.

We send no e-mails about the Programme, referrals or rewards. All information about them is in the Service.

§6 Personal data

To grant rewards and prevent abuse, we record which Account referred which Account. We keep this for as long as both Accounts exist. The legal basis is the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More in the privacy policy: heatalgo.com/en/privacy.

§7 Complaints

Complaints about the Programme can be sent to [email protected]. We handle them as §15 of the Terms provides.

§8 Changing and ending the Programme

The Provider may change these rules or end the Programme by announcing it in the Service at least 14 days in advance. Rewards granted before the change or the end of the Programme remain valid.
