Once the underfloor heating was drawn, one question was left: what do you actually order from the merchant? HeatAlgo now answers it. The bill of materials works out the pipe coils, manifolds and the rest of the kit from your drawing and prints it as an enquiry for the merchant.
The second change is about what you pay for. A report can now cover one or two modules, not only the whole project. Each module has its own 7 days to export, and the results on screen stay in the project for good.

A bill of materials for the merchant
"Materials", beside "Flow meters", opens the list in two tables. "From the design" is everything the drawing decides: pipe coils, manifolds, fittings, bend guides and actuators. "To confirm" is the insulation, edge strip, foil, clips, wiring centre and thermostats - each with an "Assumed" column, so no assumption passes for a design figure.
Pipe is counted in coils, not in metres. A loop is never joined in the screed, so 5 loops of 70 m do not fit in two 200 m coils, even though the metres would. The list places every loop in a specific coil, looks for the cheapest set of coils and shows the cutting plan with the offcut.
You change the assumptions in place: the coil lengths your merchant stocks, the fixing system, the waste allowance, actuators and thermostats, coils for the whole job or per manifold. The list downloads as its own PDF with your logo, tick boxes and a column for the merchant's prices. "Download everything (ZIP)" gets the report, the floor plan and the list in one file; on a phone, the report and the list.

A report for one module, two, or the whole project
Not every project needs four modules. The plan screen now offers a report for one module at €19, two at €25 or the whole project at €29, VAT included. You buy it straight for the project you pick.
When you need another module later, you pay the difference while the modules you bought are inside their 7 days to export. Before you pay, a "Complete your order" step says what your pick is missing - for example the heat loss calculation for underfloor heating, without which the loops do not know what each room loses.
The plan screen opens from a lock in a module, from Start, from the side menu and from a conversation with Algo AI. Outside a project it first asks which project the purchase is for. Prices and rules are in what is free and what a report unlocks.
7 days to export, per module
Each module now has its own 7 days from its own first download. A heat loss report downloaded on day one no longer shortens the heat pump's or the underfloor heating's window. The "Billing" page shows how many days each one has left.
When a window closes, the results stay on screen for good - you paid for them. Only a new PDF version closes. A module whose window has passed shows "Export expired" on the plan screen, and you buy it again as new.
Algo AI in every field of the heat loss calculation, heat pump and ventilation
Algo AI can now type every value and press every button that changes data in the heat loss calculation, heat pump sizing and heat recovery ventilation. Both modes work the same way. In "Propose" the changes wait in the "What was found" panel until you press "Apply". In "Automatic" Algo saves them at once. In both, "Undo" takes any change back.
One reading of your documents now fills all three modules. Algo also reads the heating design, the ventilation design, the ventilation unit's datasheet, the energy performance certificate and audit, and fuel invoices. After it saves to one module, it offers to fill the others at no extra cost. Where you already typed a value and the document gives another, it asks instead of overwriting.
A document reading no longer spends a report. It counts towards the monthly Algo AI limit, like a conversation. More on what the assistant does is in Algo AI in HeatAlgo.
Feet, °F and the currency you choose
In Settings (the "Profile" tab) or in any module's settings you can switch the app to imperial units: feet, °F, Btu/h, cfm and gpm. Every screen of the heat loss calculation, heat pump, ventilation and underfloor heating shows and accepts them, and Algo AI answers in the same units. The calculations always follow EN 12831-1 and the other EN standards; the PDF report stays metric for now.
Heat pump costs can be shown in złoty, euro or dollars, converted at the National Bank of Poland's average rate for the day. You can pay for a report or a subscription in złoty, euro or dollars: you choose the currency on the plan screen, and the payment takes exactly the amount shown there.
Improvements
- The terms and the privacy policy cover the new products. The module report, the six-month subscription and the Algo AI limit are in the terms, and in the app every price reduction shows the lowest price of the last 30 days beside it.
- Subscribers see the same plan screen. Their plan reads "Your current plan", and the "Billing" page keeps the button to manage the card in Stripe.
- Underfloor heating without a heat loss calculation says what it assumed. The room screen and the PDF report state, room by room, how the loss through the floor was counted when there is no heat loss data.
- The English app says "heat loss". It names the calculation with the same words as the website.
Fixes
- Results after the export window. Seven days after the first download, loop lengths and the manifold were hidden again, and the plan screen offered modules marked "already paid". Now the results stay, and buying again works.
- A busy Algo AI says so. When the AI service is briefly overloaded, you see "The AI service is temporarily overloaded" instead of a general error.
- A half-typed room. One room with no area stopped Algo AI from seeing the whole heat loss calculation. Now it leaves out only that room and says which one is missing.
