Update: no more countdown - you pay only for the finished report

The 14-day trial is gone. Your HeatAlgo account is free forever - you pay only when you need the finished report - what's new in HeatAlgo.

Przemysław Paziewski

Founder of HeatAlgo

The biggest change to HeatAlgo's model since leaving beta: the 14-day countdown is gone. Your account is now free forever - you calculate heat loss, size a heat pump and design underfloor heating with no time limit. You pay only when you need the finished document to hand to your client. If your trial had already ended, you lose nothing - your account just got full, permanent access to preview and calculations back, which is more than you had before.

New features

A free account, forever. Signing up no longer starts a clock. You build a project, calculate heat loss, size a heat pump and design underfloor heating with no time limit and no card required - only exporting the finished, complete document is gated. You see the full result on screen before you ever decide to buy.

A report for 100 zł. One unlock covers the whole project - heat loss, heat pump selection and underfloor heating together, with your own branding and a report number. Doing several projects a month? A pack of 5 reports costs 400 zł.

The subscription: no export limit. 500 zł a month, 2,400 zł per half-year (-20%) or 4,200 zł per year (-30%) - unlimited downloads for every project, for an installer doing at least 7 reports a month.

7 days of revisions from your first download. A report is bought for one job. The clock starts on your first download, not at purchase - so you can buy ahead and work the project up a week later. From that first download you get 7 days of corrections and further PDF versions of the same project, at no extra cost. Downloaded files are yours to keep, and the project and its calculations stay visible in your account always. The Installer subscription has no such window at all.

AI on every plan. The AI-assisted client form works on every account, the free one included - and it is included in the price of a report.

The full price list, net and gross prices side by side, and when a subscription beats buying reports one at a time, are all on the pricing page.

Improvements

  • Accounts whose trial had ended get more, not less - instead of a lockout, you now have permanent, free access to preview and calculations in every module.
  • Projects and results stay forever - no project or calculation disappears, whatever plan you're on. A downloaded PDF is yours to keep too.

Fixes

  • Removed every mention of the 14-day trial and day-countdown from the app and the site - replaced with a clear split: free preview, paid document.
